Service Description
As an experienced teacher/tutor of many years, I can offer your child/teen an affirming, gentle and practical approach to help them manage their feelings, such as stress, anxiety anger, self confidence, self esteem and self worth, including character building and resilience building. Using a practical approach, such as writing a journal, drawing, affirmations, discussions, stories, and other practical things they can do that will help them to express how they feel, and how they can develop a growth mindset and sense of gratitude.
